The 6-Minute Wind-Down Flow
A slow sequence on the floor before bed: Cat-Cow, Child's Pose, knees to the chest, a gentle twist, and stillness. Each movement is a little slower than the last.
This tip is scheduled for Monday 28 December 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- On hands and knees: 5 slow rounds of Cat-Cow.
- Sink back into Child's Pose for 5 breaths.
- Roll onto your back, hug the knees to the chest, and rock gently.
- Let the knees fall to one side for a twist, then the other.
- Lie still for 2 minutes with the eyes closed.
