Warrior III: The Slow Entry the AI Judge Rewards
In competition, how you enter a pose matters. The SEGA AI Judge tracks stability through the transition, so a slow, controlled entry into Warrior III is valued over a fast swing. It is also simply safer.
This tip is scheduled for Tuesday 29 December 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Stand tall and shift your weight onto the right leg.
- Lift the left knee to hip height and find your balance.
- Hinge forward slowly from the hips as the left leg extends back.
- Keep the hips level, with the left toes pointing down.
- Reach the arms forward, or keep the hands on the hips.
- Hold for 3 to 5 breaths, return the same slow way, and switch sides.
