Rainy-Day Practice: 15 Minutes in Your Living Room
When the monsoon cancels your walk, roll out a towel in the living room. Fifteen minutes of simple yoga keeps the habit going and lifts the mood on grey days.
This tip is scheduled for Saturday 14 November 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- 2 minutes: easy breathing, sitting tall.
- 3 minutes: Cat-Cow and Child's Pose.
- 5 minutes: three slow Sun Salutations.
- 3 minutes: Warrior I and Tree, each side.
- 2 minutes: a lying twist, then rest.
