Ankle Circles: Small Joints, Big Difference
Stiff ankles change the way you walk, balance and climb stairs. A minute of circles and pointing keeps them moving — and you can do it under a desk or on a bus.
This tip is scheduled for Monday 30 November 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Sit tall on a chair and lift the right foot slightly off the floor.
- Point the toes, then flex the foot back toward you — 10 times.
- Draw slow circles with the foot, 10 each way.
- Repeat with the left foot.
- Finish by spreading the toes and relaxing them.
