Supine Twist: Unwind Before Bed
Letting the knees fall to one side while the shoulders stay down gives the spine a gentle, supported twist. It is one of the most restful ways to end the day.
This tip is scheduled for Sunday 11 October 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with the knees bent and the feet on the floor.
- Spread the arms out to the sides at shoulder height.
- Exhale and let both knees fall to the right.
- Turn the head gently to the left if that is comfortable.
- Rest for 5 to 8 breaths — a pillow under the knees is fine.
- Inhale back to centre and repeat on the other side.
