5 Minutes of Tadasana: The Simplest Morning Reset
Before you touch your phone, try five minutes of Mountain Pose. Feet planted, spine tall, breathing slow — this simple stance activates your posture, calms the nervous system, and sets a steady tone for the whole day.

This tip is scheduled for Monday 3 August 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, weight evenly balanced on both soles.
- Roll the shoulders back and down. Lift the crown of the head gently toward the sky.
- Let the arms hang naturally at your sides, palms facing forward.
- Take 20 slow breaths in and out through the nose — 6 seconds in, 6 seconds out.
- Notice where your body feels tight or off-balance. Do not force anything — just observe.
