Bhramari (Bee Breath): A 3-Minute Calm Switch
When the mind is racing, breath work reaches faster than any physical pose. Bhramari — the 'bee breath' — creates a gentle humming vibration that soothes the nervous system in under 3 minutes.

This tip is scheduled for Monday 13 July 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Sit comfortably with a straight spine. Close the eyes.
- Inhale slowly through the nose for 4 counts.
- As you exhale, make a soft humming 'mmm' sound (like a bee), letting it last as long as the exhale.
- Feel the gentle vibration in your face and skull.
- Repeat for 6–10 rounds. Notice the calm after.
