The 60-Second Neck & Shoulder Reset for Office Days
Long hours at a screen tighten the shoulders and shorten the neck's natural curve. This one-minute sequence, done every hour, is the single easiest antidote — and works in any chair.

This tip is scheduled for Monday 27 July 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Sit upright. Drop the shoulders down and back.
- Slowly turn the head to the right, hold for 10 seconds. Feel the stretch in the left neck.
- Return to centre. Turn left, hold 10 seconds.
- Lower the right ear toward the right shoulder (don't lift the shoulder), hold 10 seconds. Repeat on the left.
- Roll the shoulders backward 5 times, then forward 5 times. Done.
