Chin Tucks: Undo Tech Neck in 60 Seconds
Looking down at a phone pushes the head forward of the shoulders, and the neck muscles work hard to hold it there. A chin tuck glides the head back over the spine — a small movement with a big sense of relief.
This tip is scheduled for Monday 5 October 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Sit or stand tall, looking straight ahead.
- Without tilting the head down, glide the chin straight back, as if making a gentle double chin.
- Feel a stretch at the base of the skull.
- Hold for 3 to 5 seconds, then release.
- Repeat 10 times, a few times a day.
