A Wrist and Finger Reset for Keyboard Hands
Typing and scrolling hold the wrists and fingers in one position for hours. Circling, opening and gently stretching them restores movement before stiffness sets in.
This tip is scheduled for Monday 2 November 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Sit tall and stretch the arms out at shoulder height.
- Make loose fists and circle the wrists 5 times each way.
- Open the hands wide, spreading the fingers, then make fists — 10 times.
- Extend the right arm, palm up, and with the left hand draw the fingers gently down. Hold for 3 breaths.
- Turn the palm down and press gently on the back of the hand. Hold for 3 breaths.
- Repeat on the left.
