Goddess Pose Pulses: Inner Thighs and Endurance
A wide squat with the knees turned out works the inner thighs, glutes and legs together. Gentle pulses build endurance, and the hold builds calm under effort.
This tip is scheduled for Thursday 12 November 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Stand with the feet wide and the toes turned out about 45 degrees.
- Bend the knees over the toes and lower the hips.
- Lift the arms into a cactus shape, elbows at shoulder height.
- Pulse gently up and down 10 times.
- Hold at the bottom for 5 breaths.
- Straighten the legs and shake them out.
