The Double-Inhale Sigh: A 30-Second Reset
Two inhales through the nose — a full one, then a short top-up — followed by one long, slow exhale. People sigh like this naturally when they feel relief. Doing it on purpose two or three times is a fast reset.
This tip is scheduled for Monday 14 December 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Inhale deeply through the nose.
- Without breathing out, take a second short inhale through the nose to top up.
- Exhale slowly and completely through the mouth.
- Repeat 2 or 3 times only, then breathe normally.
