Hands-Behind Chest Opener: Reverse the Hunch
After hours leaning toward a screen, the chest closes and the upper back rounds. Holding the chair behind you and lifting the chest reverses the shape in one breath.
This tip is scheduled for Friday 20 November 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Sit near the front edge of the chair.
- Reach the hands behind you and hold the sides or back of the seat.
- Inhale: draw the shoulder blades together and lift the chest.
- Keep the chin level — don't throw the head back.
- Hold for 5 breaths, then release.
