Neck Half-Circles: Slowly, and Never Backwards
Full head circles squeeze the back of the neck. Half-circles — ear to shoulder, chin down, other ear to shoulder — give the same release without the compression.
This tip is scheduled for Monday 16 November 2026 — you’re early. It’s all here already; enjoy.
How to do it
- Sit tall and relax the shoulders.
- Drop the right ear toward the right shoulder.
- Slowly roll the chin down toward the chest.
- Continue across to bring the left ear toward the left shoulder.
- Roll back down and across — always through the front, never tipping the head back.
- Do 5 half-circles each way.
